Doulas in Eugene, Oregon

We’ve been serving the Eugene and Springfield areas for over 15 years!

Sometimes we’re contacted by people who literally just peed on a pregnancy test. Other times, people are into the third trimester. No matter how far you are into pregnancy, we’re here to provide intentional physical, emotional, and education support during your pregnancy and birth experience.

With pregnancy, your Birth Doula is stays available to answer all the “wait, is this normal” questions, calm the anxieties that creep in, validate the emotions that come up, and help you create a plan for your birth that best represents what matters to you most for this birth. Virtual Childbirth classes are also available.

When your baby’s birthday arrives - no matter how or where they enter the world- your doula will be there to create the calm and supportive environment that clearly focuses on your vision and desire for this birth. Because, in case anyone forgets, this is your birth- medicated or unmedicated. Epidural or not. Vaginal or cesarean. We support birth. Period.

In order to provide you with the best support, we work collaboratively with your entire team, always making your voice the loudest one in the room.

But birth is just the first step.

Your doula doesn’t disappear after your baby arrives.

For many in Willamette Valley, support for this transition after your baby comes home is wanted and needed. Our Postpartum Doulas provide support that is personalized and unique to your family- for as long as you need. They assist with sleep, nourishment, newborn care.. all the things you need to feel successful and rested.

Research has shown that a doula can lead to more positive birth and postpartum experiences. We welcome the opportunity to talk with you about how our team can best support you in this major life event.

*In the Eugene area, we provide support at Peacehealth Sacred Heart, McKenzie Willamette, Oregon Birth and Wellness Center, Our Community Birth Center, and your home.
